Questions Related to Our Services
Do you accept insurance?
We are currently in network with Tricare East, Blue Cross Blue Shield Anthem, Aetna, and Georgia Medicaid. Contact your insurance carrier to confirm coverage for ABA Therapy. Most insurance companies will only cover services for children with an ASD diagnosis.
What is the cost if I do not qualify for insurance coverage?
We offer our services to all who need them, diagnosis or not. If your insurance carrier does not approve your child for coverage, we accept private pay via debit or credit card on our website. Payment plans are available upon request. The cost per session for private pay is $125/session and is billed weekly.
How many hours of therapy will my child need a week?
Our Early Intervention program runs from 9am-3pm Monday-Thursday.

Our Social Emotional Learning program runs from 3:30pm-5:30pm Monday-Thursday.
All programs require a commitment from parents of 1 hour a week for parent training.
Is there a waitlist?
There may be a waitlist for some therapists, while others may be accepting new clients. Please contact us to inquire about availability of services.
Do you offer parent training by itself?
Yes! If parents are looking for weekly training to consult about behavior management techniques for their child, contact us for availability. This is a great option for parents who would rather implement techniques themselves or if their child has limited availability.
Do you have a clinic?
Yes, our Savannah clinic is located at
340 Eisenhower Dr. Suite 1311 Savannah, GA 31406. Our Columbus clinic is located at 1933 Wynnton Rd Columbus, GA 31906.
What does a therapy session look like?
Direct therapy will be conducted by a Registered Behavior Technician and supervised by a BCBA. RBTs will take the time to build a connection with your child and take baseline data during the first couple of weeks of treatment. The BCBA will train the RBT on program implementation according to the treatment plan and the RBT will naturally incorporate teaching into play and daily family routines.
What is required upon intake?
During our intake process, we will first schedule a 15 minute consultation to gather some basic information and ensure that we are the best fit for your situation. Once we decide it is the right fit, you will need to submit all intake paperwork, a copy of the front and back of your insurance card, a copy of your child's psychological evaluation, and any other reports from teachers, speech therapists, IEPs, occupational therapists, etc.
What is parent training and is it required?
We value a family centered approach and take parent training very seriously as it is one of, if not- THE most important aspect of what we do. If parents are not working on the skills and implementing the behavior plan outside of sessions, the child will not make nearly as much progress. Parent training is a time for collaboration, parent report, and training of behavior management and skill building. If a parent does not have the availability, or if finances are an issue, please let us know so that we can structure a schedule that works for you while still providing you the support necessary.
Do you offer therapy for adults?
At this time, we do not offer behavioral therapy for adults as our therapists specialize in working with children. We serve children ages 2-17.
